Look, I don't know if you noticed, but Persephone tends to be pretty casual about hook-ups. And when you knew things that she barely tells anyone around here? It made sense.

I guess not? I try not to read too much into her taste. [ Because her taste appears to be "dangerous", which she's pretty sure Jaime isn't. ]

And I've realized I can never really understand her thought process half the time, either. Trying just made shit worse. [ Something she's being more frank about than she anticipated, but why not; she's been trying to cut Persephone more slack than she used to. ] Sorry if it brushed you the wrong way.

I hate to ask, but what do they say about you in the press? I get the impression most of the shit about me revolves around generally existing in the orbit of people like Persephone and Lucifer, but that's what I'd expect.

Oh there's a bunch about my more famous friends. Stuff about how I'm riding off their fame or having an affair with them and junk but that's just in the tabloids. There's some stuff about some of my garbage art too but only for the people who are interested in that kind of thing

But yeah I get it. It's just the same dumb crap they'll publish about anyone. If they can't find anything out about you they'll just make it up themselves.
